Dexcom Corporation is seeking an experienced leader for the EMEA Applications team to manage IT applications, integrations, and the global delivery of Salesforce, EDI, and Oracle Fusion-based solutions. You will provide technical leadership, governance, and people management across multiple time zones and partners.

The role emphasizes strong O2C knowledge, hands-on background, and ability to drive incident resolution, project lifecycles, and production releases.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing applications and/or integrations teams.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud experience essential (config, integrations or development).
• Experience with ITIL and multi-SDLC (Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid).
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Line management including recruitment, goal setting, and performance management.
• Coordinate tasks for Technical Delivery teams and 3rd party partners.
• Liaise with global shared teams to coordinate project deliverables.
• Support incident and request resolution SLAs with Production Support Manager.
• Oversee production releases and environment provisioning across workstreams.
