Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring, is seeking a compliance leader to join its team in Barcelona. This role requires 8-10 years of healthcare compliance experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries, as well as a strong understanding of EMEA compliance frameworks.
The successful candidate will lead compliance initiatives across EMEA, advise business leaders on strategic compliance issues, and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements. The position offers a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Dexcom is seeking a compliance leader to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Compliance, this role will lead regional compliance activities and partner closely with country leadership, commercial teams, medical affairs, regulatory, legal, and HR to uphold Dexcom’s ethical standards and diverse regulatory obligations.

Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
