Dexcom, a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring, seeks a senior CRM/MDM specialist to join the team in Europe. You will drive Veeva CRM/Vault configuration, data management, testing and deployment to deliver accurate, scalable commercial data solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in MedTech or pharmaceutical data, strong governance, and the ability to partner with IT, Analytics, Sales Ops and Compliance to improve data quality and user readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8–12 years of related experience.
• Experience in MedTech or pharmaceutical commercial data preferred.
• Strong data governance and data quality mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and improve Veeva CRM / Vault configuration, data management, testing, and deployments.
• Translate business requirements into CRM and MDM execution plans.
• Lead senior-level Master Data Management activities across HCP/HCO accounts.
• Identify data quality issues and implement remediation to improve CRM/MDM data.
• Support CRM and MDM integration, data migration checks, and legacy alignment.
• Collaborate with Commercial Data Enablement, Analytics, Sales Ops, Marketing, Compliance, and IT.
