HARTING Technology Group is building a new Tech Hub in Barcelona and seeks an IT Business Domain Partner Corporate Services. You will be the single point of IT contact for Finance, Controlling, Treasury, HR, Legal, and more, shaping demand and delivering value.

You will own the roadmap, collaborate with CFO and function heads, strengthen enterprise reporting and ESG data, and drive automation and self-service across global corporate functions.

Formación

• 10+ years at the intersection of business and IT.
• Experience as IT Business Partner, BRM or Domain Lead in a large international company.
• Strong knowledge of finance and controlling processes (R2R, planning, consolidation).
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, ideally S/4HANA Finance.
• Able to draft blueprints, challenge requests and say no constructively.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap for finance, controlling, treasury, tax, HR, compliance, procurement and ESG applications.
• Work with CFO organisation and function heads on priorities, turning them into initiatives.
• Strengthen enterprise reporting, master data and ESG/CSRD reporting.
• Drive automation and self-service across corporate functions worldwide.
• Ensure regulatory, audit and internal control requirements are built into every solution.
