EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing group to appoint a Global Business Unit Finance Leader in Barcelona. You will own the financial performance and P&L for a major global business line and act as a trusted partner to the Business Unit Head, shaping strategy and driving profitability.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or similar senior finance roles.
• Proven track record with meaningful P&L responsibility.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding.
• Ability to influence business decisions and deliver measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Own the financial performance and P&L of a significant global business line.
• Partner with the Business Unit Head and commercial leadership to drive growth and profitability.
• Identify, anticipate and manage financial risks and opportunities.
• Provide clear, actionable insight to challenge commercial assumptions and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales to evaluate customers, pricing, contracts, and performance.
• Work with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to optimize cost-to-serve.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to measurable results.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
