Job summary

HARTING Technology Group is building a new Tech Hub in Barcelona and seeks founding members for its IT Business Domains team. The role focuses on sales, marketing and customer service IT partnerships, shaping demand and delivering value while delivery is managed by PM hubs and tech teams.

You will lead CRM/CPQ, marketing automation, eCommerce, analytics and global data harmonization, with regular travel to Germany/Switzerland. Fluent English and German language as a plus are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years at the intersection of business and IT with sales, marketing, and customer service knowledge.
• Experience as IT Business Partner, BRM or Domain Lead in large international firms or top consultancies.
• End-to-end understanding of B2B sales, marketing and service processes.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for CRM, CPQ, marketing automation, eCommerce and SAP Sales.
• Improve lead-to-order and quote-to-cash end-to-end processes.
• Drive digital customer experience and omni-channel engagement.
• Use analytics and process mining to optimize commercial processes.
• Lead domain committee to harmonize global customer master data.
