Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Contracts & Negotiations professional in Madrid to draft, negotiate, and manage complex IT contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. Onsite in Madrid initially, with potential to move to hybrid work.

You will collaborate across functions to structure and negotiate deals, ensuring policy and regulatory alignment while supporting profitability. Fluency in English and additional languages is preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Law degree with 2–9 years of experience in a law firm or in-house contract management in the IT services sector.
• Professional working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is preferred (Dutch, Hebrew, German, Portuguese).
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen; ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear writing.
• Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, structure, and manage contractual documents establishing sound business relationships with vendors, customers, and partners.
• Work across functions to structure contracts, manage complex relationships, and resolve disputed matters.
• Provide general advice and counsel on contractual matters within IT services.
