Allianz Technology Spain seeks an in-house attorney to advise the business within the Legal Department on IT and commercial law, excluding tax. You will draft and negotiate IT contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and support senior management on legal matters to safeguard the company's interests.

Based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, you will work with cross-functional teams and coordinate external counsel as needed, contribute to governance processes, and stay abreast of regulatory

Formación

• In-house attorney with focus on IT- and commercial law.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and governance.
• Draft and negotiate IT contracts and commercial agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide business-oriented legal advice to senior management and staff.
• Draft and negotiating IT contracts (software licenses, SaaS, outsourcing).
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (NIS2, Dora, AI Act).
• Coordinate with and oversee external counsel where needed.
• Work in cross-functional teams and contribute to governance processes.
