Angel Aligner is seeking an Internal Communication and Engagement Manager in Madrid to drive global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. You will align employees with the company vision, shape the tone of voice, and partner with HQ, regional teams, and HR to ensure cohesive culture implementation.

You’ll design multi-channel programs, develop leadership content, and measure impact while fostering a transparent, inclusive and productive workplace across regions.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in related fields.
• Experience: 8+ years in internal communication, culture, or engagement; 3+ years in project management.
• Skills: Full-cycle internal comms workflow; proficient with internal platforms; basic data analysis; culture building experience.
• Language: excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Global mindset with overseas study/work experience; willingness to travel quarterly if needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement end-to-end internal communication strategies and work plans.
• Build a unified internal communication system and tone of voice.
• Guide leaders and communicators on rollouts and culture implementation.
• Manage multi-channel internal content (intranet, newsletters, etc.).
• Create and edit high-quality leadership messages and culture content.
• Plan and optimize content delivery for timely, accurate information.
• Collaborate with HR, marketing, and regional teams to support talent development and engagement.
• Track, report, and optimize engagement initiatives.
