Job summary

Nebius Academy (powered by TripleTen) is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to create technical/AI-focused B2B courses for corporate clients. This remote, full-time contract role centers on turning client needs into scalable learning experiences.

You will own end-to-end course development, map Skill Trees and Learning Journeys, and craft engaging content, assessments, and facilitator materials for diverse roles and industries.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as instructional designer or similar role.
• Experience applying modern LXD models and frameworks to complex skill development.
• Ability to map learning outcomes to courses, modules and lessons.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of new B2B courses, from needs analysis to final documentation.
• Build course Skill Trees and map learning outcomes across course, modules and lessons.
• Create content, exercises, assessments, and learning aids from SME materials.
• Prepare briefs for designers and editors; develop outlines and facilitator materials for workshops.
• Analyze client learning needs and business goals with PMs and stakeholders.
• Customize learning activities and curricula to reflect client tasks and roles.
