Symrise AG is seeking a Global Incident Response Manager to lead the full lifecycle of cybersecurity incidents across IT, OT, cloud, and digital environments. You will develop playbooks, enhance threat detection, and coordinate with global teams to strengthen cyber resilience and remediation workflows.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on security operations, requiring strong communication with IT leadership and the CISO.

Formación

• Proven experience in security operations and incident response.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence and cyber risk.
• Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of cybersecurity incidents, from detection to recovery.
• Develop and improve incident response playbooks and forensic workflows.
• Design and operate security monitoring across IT, OT, cloud, endpoints, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT/OT teams to integrate new systems into security monitoring.
• Provide regular reporting to CISO and IT leadership on trends and risk.
