Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. in Zaragoza, Spain seeks an Import/Export Coordinator to manage cross-border shipments for our growing manufacturing operations. You will handle documentation, Incoterms, compliance, cost control, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of Incoterms and customs regulations.
• Strong negotiation and cost-control skills.
• Minimum 3 years of import/export experience in an industrial setting.
• High attention to detail and strong communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export documentation and ensure customs compliance.
• Coordinate shipments across Spain with freight forwarders and brokers.
• Monitor end-to-end shipments; report delays and incidents.
• Apply Incoterms and audit logistics invoices to control costs.
• Define and improve import/export processes and vendor relationships.
