Job summary

Axon Partners Group is seeking Senior Strategy Consultants for its Madrid office to lead high-impact international ICT strategy projects for technology firms, regulators, and public institutions. You will work with a globally distributed team, delivering insights, reports, and presentations while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Economics with GPA above 3.0.
• 3–5 years in strategy/management/business consulting.
• Willingness to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia and reside there when required.
• AI knowledge is a plus and differentiator in selection.
• Spanish, Gulf Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
• Valid work permit for Spain is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and deliver diverse consulting projects in technology and telecom sectors.
• Identify key challenges and propose structured, actionable recommendations.
• Present strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
• Support senior members in business development and proposals.
