Job summary

Arthur D. Little is seeking a senior consultant to lead complex assignments across strategic issues for clients in Madrid. You will structure missions, provide solutions, and coach teams to deliver high-impact results.

You will build relationships beyond projects, spot growth opportunities, and contribute to the office through internal leadership. A track record in strategy consulting and fluency in Italian and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy-related functions (an MBA is a plus).
• Strategy consulting experiences in Industry sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & Transportation.
• Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
• Deep industry expertise and leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Entrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Structure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs.
• Provide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems.
• Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful delivery.
• Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audience.
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.
