Hitachi Energy seeks an HSE Assessment Program Lead to drive the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program across the BU, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, R&D and other functions. The role requires setting up programs based on ISO norms, influencing stakeholders and rolling out improvements through the network.

Travel up to 30% internationally. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential to strengthen HSE culture and performance across HUBs, units and BU functions.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in HSE roles.
• Audit, risk assessment, and process improvement experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and roll out the BUTR Internal HSE Assessment Program across the BU.
• Ensure compliance assessments and inspections with timely corrective actions.
• Contribute to improving HSE management systems and cross-BU programs.
• Support transversal initiatives and tailor actions to units and functions.
• Provide practical problem solving and stakeholder engagement across levels.
