Hitachi is seeking a senior safety professional to lead the Fire and Explosion Safety Program across global facilities, aligning with EN (EU) regulations and industry standards. You will drive safety culture, implement cross‑functional strategies, risk assessments, and training to safeguard people and assets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering with specialization in Fire and Explosion safety.
• 8+ years in relevant functions.
• Deep knowledge of EN (EU) Fire and Explosion Regulations, SEVESO, ATEX, British Standards, API, and NFPA.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel globally (10–20%).
