Boston Consulting Group in Madrid is seeking an HR internship to support the HR team with recruitment, policies, and employee communications. You will coordinate postings, interviews, onboarding, and vacation tracking while gaining exposure to career development processes.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a completed Spanish university degree, and a solid grasp of Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written).
• Spanish university degree completed; photocopy required.
• Master in Human Resources highly valuable.
• No more than 3 years since degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities).
• Must have a valid work permit for the internship period.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment for BCG’s Business Services Teams (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations).
• Coordinate postings, interviews, candidate communication and onboarding logistics.
• Assist in HR administration, policy communication, and vacation tracking.
