Wärtsilä is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead the HR Time and Payroll Transformation program. Based primarily in Gdansk, with Madrid, Bermeo, Esposende and Belgrade as alternative locations, you will own end-to-end delivery across regions and vendors, coordinating with HR, IT and Finance stakeholders.

You will define plans, manage dependencies, and secure timely decisions while maintaining governance, budgets and benefits realization.

Formación

• Senior program management experience leading multi-country, multi-vendor transformations.
• Proven ability to deliver complex programs on time, within budget and scope.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive levels.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the end-to-end Time & Payroll transformation program across regions, vendors and timelines.
• Define and maintain the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path.
• Ensure consistent application of project management principles across sub-initiatives.
• Proactively manage scope, risks, issues and inter-project dependencies.
