Enza Zaden Spain Holding is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support the regional HR Operations team in Spain. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll matters, ensuring accurate personnel administration and compliant payroll processing.

You will coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, provide first-line HR policy guidance, and support HR Business Partners. Collaboration with payroll providers and internal stakeholders is key.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in HR.
• 1–2 years of HR operations, personnel administration, and/or payroll.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and employment legislation.
• Experience with integrated HRIS and payroll systems.
• Advanced English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first contact for employees and managers on HR and payroll matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding; support HR partners.
• Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and compliant with local laws.
• Coordinate payroll changes, validate outputs, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support learning and education processes, training scheduling, and internships.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR administrative processes and HR software.
