Peek & Cloppenburg’s Madrid design hub seeks an experienced HR professional to lead the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding for our Madrid organization.

You will coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and internal Finance teams, and serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership on performance and people strategy.

Formación

• Degree in HR, Employment/Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of HR experience in Spain, ideally in retail or fast-paced setting.
• Fluent Spanish and English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, contracts, and offboarding for Madrid.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers and internal Finance teams.
• Advise leadership on performance management and people strategy.
