Euraxess in Barcelona is seeking a Laboratory Technician Assistant for the Endothelial pathobiology and microenvironment group at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) Can Ruti Campus. This permanent, part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on tissue processing, genotyping, and collaborative experimental work aimed at understanding how the vascular system influences cancer.

Position Overview

Laboratory Technician Assistant for the Endothelial pathobiology and microenvironment group, led by Dr. Mariona Graupera, at the Josep Carreras Leukaemia Research Institute (IJC) – a comprehensive cancer research center dedicated to leukaemia and hematologic malignancies.

Research Focus

To develop therapeutic strategies targeting the endothelium by exploring vessel growth and function, and by identifying pathological contexts where vasculature influences cancer, including lymphoma.
