Brambles Holdings (UK) Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support leaders across Technology Services and other corporate functions during a period of exciting transformation and growth. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders globally, balancing strategic HR initiatives with hands-on delivery.

With Technology Services representing the majority of your portfolio, you’ll shape talent strategies, supporting organisational effectiveness and ensuring leaders navigate change

Formación

• Proven HRBP experience in a global organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
• Experience leading talent management and workforce planning.
• Commercial acumen; align people strategies with business goals.
• Independent, proactive self-starter who can work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to implement people and organisational solutions.
• Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries and coordinate with HR Operations.
• Coach leaders and influence on key people matters to boost performance.
• Support team development, capability building, engagement, and succession planning.
• Oversee lifecycle from talent acquisition to retirement with compliant processes.
• Guide organisational design and workforce planning; support talent management.
• Address employee relations issues with investigations and fair resolutions.
