Ferrer is seeking a Global HEOR Lead to drive the development and execution of our HEOR strategy across the product lifecycle. You will work with Market Access, Medical, Clinical Development, and local teams to align evidence generation with payer needs and sustainable access.

You will lead global modelling, evidence synthesis, and HEOR studies, while guiding HTA submissions and reimbursement discussions to maximize product value and patient access.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Public Health, Pharmacy, Epidemiology or Biostatistics (PhD preferred).
• Extensive HEOR experience leading global strategies and evidence-generation programs.
• Strong expertise in HTA, market access and payer evidence requirements with modelling and real-world data experience.
• Skilled in statistical methods for HTA, evidence synthesis and model development.
• Proven ability to lead complex HEOR studies, support HTA submissions and negotiate reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the global HEOR strategy across the product lifecycle and embed it within the overall evidence plan.
• Design and validate global cost-effectiveness, budget impact and other HEOR models.
• Provide global oversight for HTA submissions and local negotiations with payers.
• Shape value strategies and integrated evidence generation plans across functions.
• Build HEOR capabilities through training and tools for global and local teams.
• Drive HEOR publications and engage with academic and external experts.
