Glovo is seeking a Health and Safety Analyst to join the People’s team at Barcelona HQ. The role focuses on supporting and controlling H&S matters as per Spanish law, auditing workplaces, and coordinating training and PPE management.

The ideal candidate will have a Master in Labor Risk Prevention, strong experience in H&S, and fluent English. The position offers a fast-paced startup environment with remote flexibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master in Labor Risk Prevention per Spanish regulation.
• Previous experience handling H&S responsibilities.
• Advanced Office/Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Support and control all Health and Safety matters according to Spanish law.
• Carry out internal audits across workplaces.
• Coordinate H&S training and PPE management.
• Design and implement corrective measures for risks.
• Liaise with international team on H&S aspects.
