Hitachi Vantara Corporation is seeking a Head of Investigations - Workplace related matters to lead the global Integrity team focused on labor and workplace investigations, ensuring high quality, timely and independent reviews across regions with alignment to OSI standards.

You will oversee the full investigation lifecycle, advise on disciplinary matters, build capability across Legal & Integrity and HR, and partner with business leaders to strengthen governance and drive lessons learned on a

• 12+ years of experience in corporate, workplace, labor/integrity investigations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven people leadership in a global, matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the global Workplace investigations team with high-quality delivery and governance.
• Oversee the full investigation lifecycle: intake, planning, data collection, interviews, reporting, closure and follow-up actions.
• Act as point of contact for disciplinary committees at country, regional and group levels.
• Drive global consistency, escalation, and cross-border support where required.
• Provide strategic guidance to HR and business stakeholders on sensitive workplace matters while preserving team independence.
• Identify trends and drive lessons learned to strengthen integrity culture and governance.
• Support development of the Integrity function including KPIs and case management standards.
