The ideal candidate will have extensive HR expertise, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and the capacity to drive organizational change and compliance. This position is based in Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk employee relations cases.
• Ability to lead organizational transformation and drive change.
