Givaudan seeks a Global Head of Supplier Quality for its Fragrance & Beauty division, with flexibility for Sant Celoni, Spain or Ashford, UK. You will lead the global supplier quality strategy and govern raw material quality, partnering with procurement, operations, and joint ventures to maintain consistent standards.

You will manage a global team, drive continuous improvement, oversee audits and risk management, and coach regional leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Quality Management experience in fragrance or related sectors.
• Strong expertise in raw material quality, olfactive evaluation, and supplier systems.
• Experience leading global Quality/ Supplier Quality teams and cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to manage international teams and stakeholder networks.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead global supplier quality strategy and governance.
• Harmonize quality standards, KPIs, and audit programs across sites.
• Drive supplier quality improvements and risk management.
• Provide technical leadership in olfactive quality and QC topics.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Regulatory, and JV partners.
• Coach regional teams and represent supplier quality in governance forums.
