Formación

• MSc–BSc level in chemistry, food technology, microbiology or similar.
• Several years of operational Quality Assurance experience in the Food industry with proven customer interaction.
• High customer focus and strong stakeholder service orientation and mindset.
• A collaborative spirit across teams, functions and countries.
• Good written and oral English (Spanish preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the quality key-contact for our customers and internal business partners and be the customer's quality voice in the organization.
• Build customer QA relations and support Global and regional Key Account programs.
• Support and ensure robust complaint handling processes to meet customer expectations.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests (issues, questions, quality statements, questionnaires).
• Identify opportunities to improve customer services processes and QA-related topics.
