Galderma is seeking a Global Head of Quality Partnerships & Networks to lead and shape quality delivery across our global ecosystem from Barcelona. You will align systems and processes with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high standards across products and services.

The role requires extensive regulatory quality experience, strategic influence, and the ability to drive scalable quality programs while collaborating with regional teams and senior leaders.

Formación

• 8-12+ years of Quality Management experience in a global, regulated environment.
• Subject matter expert with ability to operate independently.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving for complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Implement and drive Quality Management programs and processes across global operations
• Ensure alignment of systems, processes, and operating procedures, identifying and resolving gaps
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
• Support and maintain quality policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectiveness
• Contribute to the design and evolution of Quality programs and initiatives
• Lead or contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to teams and leadership
• Influence adoption of best practices and new ways of working
