Impress is seeking a Head of Consumer Finance to own and scale the global consumer finance function across markets. You will negotiate terms with financing partners, expand credit facilities, and lead a small Operations team to ensure the right financing options are available for each patient profile.

This role reports to the CFO and drives activity across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliant, data-driven financing solutions that support growth in a fast-expanding international group.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consumer finance, lending partnerships, payments/BNPL, fintech or financial services.
• Experience negotiating credit facilities and partner agreements at scale.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Manage the global consumer finance strategy and partner roadmap across all markets.
• Negotiate and renegotiate commercial terms with financing partners to improve economics.
• Secure expanded credit facilities to support patient volume growth.
• Identify and onboard new financing partners and products for each market.
• Benchmark partner performance on approval rates, cost, and conversion.
• Lead a consumer finance operations team of 3–4 people.
• Ensure financing workflows and eligibility criteria are standardized across countries.
• Coordinate between financing partners, local sales, finance and compliance.
• Own KPIs and dashboards for leadership on consumer finance performance.
• Ensure compliance with consumer credit regulation and data protection.
