Ferrer seeks a Corporate MAP Operations Officer to coordinate global Pricing & Reimbursement activities, reporting to the Head of Marketing Access & Pricing. You will bridge affiliates, commercial partners, and global teams to drive launch readiness, governance, timelines, and proactive risk management.

Your contribution enables timely patient access to Ferrer's medicines worldwide by ensuring adherence to frameworks and operating excellence while navigating a highly international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience in project management, market access, pricing, commercialization, operations, or a similar cross-functional environment within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across diverse teams and geographies.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and international environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proactive risk mitigation.
• Experience with governance frameworks, processes, and operational excellence initiatives is valued.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global Pricing & Reimbursement activities to ensure launch readiness and alignment of milestones across markets.
• Drive governance and process compliance; ensure affiliates and partners follow SOPs and operational requirements.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks, bottlenecks or execution challenges.
• Act as main coordination point between affiliates, commercial partners, and global cross-functional teams.
• Support strategic Market Access & Pricing initiatives through project management and continuous improvement.
