Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to support and prioritize multiple transactions concurrently.
• Experience driving growth of business units.
• Extensive experience in financing industry; structuring customer finance solutions.
• Proven success in mid-sized international fast-growing company and/or in medical/med-tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executives.
• Travel approximately 25%.
• English language mandatory; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult capital sales to develop a strategic plan for customers and accelerate the adoption of da Vinci system expansion through flexible financial offerings.
• Primary contact for customer facing financial solutions including leasing and other programs.
• Lead customer meetings with hospital leadership and financial decision makers.
• Lead customer finance training programs for the commercial team on selling financing.
• Attend business alignment meetings with financial decision makers to review progress and opportunities.
• Manage a market portfolio and support cross-functional management of the asset pool.
• Support finance presentations for market development events and executive sessions.
• Provide coaching and education to leadership on financial programs and processes.
• Work with internal corporate finance to deploy scalable processes.
• Act as agent of change building the commercial finance business.
