Q-tech Group is seeking a Group Head of Digital Transformation & AI to lead the organization’s enterprise-wide digital and data strategy from Barcelona. You will oversee ~15 staff across Digital Experience, Corporate IT and BI & Data Management, guiding a cross-border AI programme and aligning technology with business goals.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in international retail or consumer goods environments
- Proven track record leading digital transformation and change management
- Experience leading IT or senior technical leaders and enterprise applications
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the digital, data and AI transformation roadmap with the Management Team
- Lead change management and drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Standardise processes across group companies to boost productivity and growth
- Lead and develop heads of Digital Experience, Corporate IT and BI & Data Management
- Oversee evolution of ERP, CRM, PIM/DAM and BI platforms, infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Drive data governance, master data quality, and data ownership
- Identify and deploy AI use cases with measurable impact while safeguarding privacy and security
- Manage budgets, vendors and priorities by impact and capacity
