• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience leading delivery operations and lifecycle management of business-critical applications.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and manage large, multicultural teams.
• Experience aligning technology roadmaps with business strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Division’s portfolio of bespoke business applications and define sustainable roadmaps.
• Drive secure, scalable integration platforms and services to support digital transformation.
• Establish engineering standards, platforms, and tools across software delivery teams.
• Develop and empower a diverse, high-performing management team.
• Oversee budget and resources, balancing new capabilities with production stability.
• Govern vendors, partners, and compliance with outsourcing requirements.
• Monitor trends and advance engineering practices aligned with industry.
