Job summary

Stark Future SL in Barcelona is building an AI-native aftersales organisation and seeks a leader to design and scale it. You’ll own Service, Parts and Technical, guiding 20+ people across Europe, North America and Australia with a focus on automation and predictive support.

The role blends product thinking with people leadership, requiring hands-on use of AI tools like Claude, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to consistent customer experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading aftersales, service, and parts teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with SQL and dashboards.
• Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
• Experience with Zendesk or support tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and own AI-native aftersales system.
• Lead Service, Parts and Technical teams across regions.
• Own budget, KPIs and cadence.
• Work with Engineering to fix root causes.
• Drive predictive maintenance using telemetry.
