Remobi in Madrid is seeking a Product Owner to lead product planning and delivery for global energy tech hardware and network platforms. The role spans SAFe, backlog management, hardware lifecycle, network infrastructure, testing, and releases, collaborating with engineers, architects, operations, and business stakeholders.

The candidate will own the product backlog, drive PI Planning, and coordinate cross-team deliveries while ensuring quality and timely delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Experience as Product Owner in Hardware, Infrastructure, Network, or Platform environments.
• Expertise in SAFe, PI Planning, backlog management, and ART coordination.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes across tech and business teams.
• Experience with hardware product lifecycle and release management processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure technologies.
• Hands-on Jira backlog management, planning, reporting and tracking.
• Experience defining testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and release validation.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the team backlog, aligning with priorities and objectives.
• Interface between stakeholders and development teams.
• Define, refine, and prioritize features, capabilities, and user stories.
• Lead PI Planning activities and support SAFe ART execution.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver hardware and network products.
• Manage hardware lifecycle from planning to retirement.
• Coordinate releases across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure product quality through validation, testing, and acceptance activities.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments; drive resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide roadmap updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in product management and agile processes.
