Getnet Platforms in Madrid seeks a Product Operations Lead to act as the Portfolio Control Tower for Product Management. You’ll ensure strategic alignment, governance discipline, and financial transparency across the organization.

Responsibilities cover PLCM3 adherence, quarterly planning optimization, backlog hygiene, and stakeholder collaboration with CTO, Finance, and Risk. This role emphasizes regulatory alignment and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Desirable experience in Product Operations, Portfolio Management, or similar fintech roles.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and governance.
• Experience scaling processes in complex organizations.
• Ability to surface data supporting investments and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Standardize product management methodologies and governance processes.
• Ensure backlog hygiene and initiative traceability (Jira governance).
• Monitor delivery, roadmap adherence and risks across domains.
• Establish clear RACI and align regulatory-driven initiatives with planning.
• Provide cost-per-transaction transparency and forecast performance metrics.
• Develop standardized portfolio dashboards and executive reporting.
