Job summary

Cranberry Panda is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing to own global customer acquisition and drive sustainable growth for a high-growth DTC brand. You will lead media strategy, creative testing, and channel expansion beyond Meta, including TikTok and Amazon.

The role reports to the founder and CFO, with significant autonomy and budget authority to shape the next growth phase of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven DTC marketing leader with a track record of growth in direct-to-consumer/eCommerce.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and driving scalable acquisition.
• Strong mastery of creative testing, hooks, offers, landing pages, and performance optimisations.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-million annual paid media budget and oversee acquisition strategy.
• Lead a 15–20 person performance and creative team.
• Oversee media buying, creative strategy, and direct-response creative.
• Reduce reliance on Meta and expand channels to TikTok and Amazon.
• Audit the acquisition engine and implement growth-driven changes.
• Collaborate with the founder on growth strategy and investment decisions.
