Allfunds Bank S.A.U. seeks a Transfers Operations Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transfer operations, adhering to internal policies and external regulations.

The role supports asset movements for clients and drives operational excellence across the bank. The candidate will process subscriptions, redemptions, and switches; verify documentation; reconcile activity; and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining audit-ready

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial operations, specifically fund transfers or back-office.
• Familiarity with SWIFT, SEPA, and domestic payments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Process incoming and outgoing fund transfer instructions across products and markets.
• Verify transfer documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile transfer activity with internal systems and counterparties.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and third parties to resolve issues.
• Monitor transfer queues to meet service levels and deadlines.
• Adhere to AML, KYC, and internal controls related to transfer operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to workflow enhancements.
• Maintain records of all transfer activities and related communications.
• Support audit requests with necessary documentation.
