Allfunds, a leading Wealthtech group based in Madrid, is seeking an experienced Account Opening Specialist to support the Transfer Agent fund account opening process for global clients.

You will ensure timely and accurate account openings, coordinate with Client Services and Transfer Agents across locations, handle queries and escalations, monitor workflows, and contribute to ongoing process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Experience in Transfer Agency and fund account opening.
• Knowledge of TA account opening regulations and controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience with process improvement and automation is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end TA fund account opening process.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of account opening requests.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Account Opening Specialist to support and coordinate the Transfer Agent (TA) Fund Account Opening process for Global Allfunds clients. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate account openings, managing operational issues, collaborating with Client Services and Transfer Agents, and driving continuous process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with international teams, contribute to automation initiatives, and help maintain high service quality while fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end TA fund account opening process.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of account opening requests.
• Coordinate with Client Services Teams and Transfer Agents across locations.
• Act as a point of contact for account opening queries and escalations.
• Monitor workflows, service levels, and operational performance.
• Manage incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders and management.
• Identify and support process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.
• Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

About You

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Transfer Agency and fund account opening processes.
• Knowledge of TA account opening regulations and controls.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
