Job summary

DFDS Spain in Coslada is seeking a Traffic administrator to strengthen our Operation team and drive excellence in freight operations. You will report to the Freight responsible and help manage shipments from booking to completion while delivering a first‑class customer experience.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish with intermediate English, educated in transport and logistics, and has experience in transport or freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English.
• Education in transport and logistics.
• Experience in transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or international road operations preferred.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Team player in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
• Plan and coordinate transportation services to fulfill daily operations.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate to optimize routes and resources for continuous improvement.
