Job summary

Verisure is seeking a logistics professional to manage international inbound and outbound shipments, mainly from Asia, across air, sea, and ground transport. You will optimize cost-to-serve while maintaining high service reliability and ensure SLAs are met.

The role requires experience in international transportation and customs clearance, strong English skills, and proficiency with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in a multinational or forwarding context.
• Experience in international transportation and customs clearance processes.
• Deep knowledge of foreign trade and INCOTERMS.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments (primarily from Asia) across all transportation modes.
• Own and optimize cost-to-serve metrics while maintaining high service reliability.
• Oversee forwarders to meet SLAs with a focus on on-time delivery (OTD).
• Ensure customs clearance is managed in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Deliver timely, high-quality internal client support.
• Support rollout and stabilization of the transportation TMS and digitization of inbound processes.
