Job summary

Glovo is seeking a Fraud & Risk Project Manager to design, scale, and manage strategic fraud prevention initiatives across all operations. You will leverage data‑driven problem solving to analyze risk vectors and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to implement automated risk rules and detection systems.

You will prioritize initiatives by financial impact and risk to optimize resources, while maintaining user conversion and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ops, PM, or fraud prevention in tech/e‑commerce/on‑demand platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in SQL and data viz (Looker, Tableau).
• Proven cross‑functional project leadership across tech and non‑tech teams.
• Solid knowledge of payment processing, identity verification, ATO and promo abuse.
• English fluency; Spanish and French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fraud projects, tools, and processes across regions.
• Analyze fraud vectors and financial impact to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Ops, Legal, and Compliance.
• Define, track, and report fraud KPIs; balance risk and user conversion.
• Design incident response protocols for high‑severity events.
