Job summary

Fever, a leading global platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Finance Project Manager based in Madrid. You will drive multi-country Business Central rollouts, coordinate local finance teams and tax advisors, and lead data migration, testing, and user training to ensure successful go-lives.

You will work in a fast-paced team, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and support month-end closes post go-live while promoting best practices across the finance organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, finance systems, ERP implementation or finance consulting.
• At least one full-cycle ERP implementation or rollout with finance scope; two or more is a plus.
• Experience in multi-country work and understanding of how local tax and statutory rules shape an ERP setup.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multiple Business Central country rollouts from kick-off to go-live and hypercare.
• Own rollout plans, milestones, cut-over plans, and risk/issue logs; report to Finance leadership.
• Execute rollout playbooks and improve with each wave for speed.
• Coordinate with local finance teams, tax advisors and partners on statutory and tax needs.
