SKIDATA in Madrid is seeking an ERP Finance Consultant to join our Global Enterprise Business Solutions team. You will bridge technology and finance by supporting ERP finance processes and leading system improvements.

You’ll manage Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, coordinate integrations, rollouts, and end-user training, while collaborating with international teams to optimize our finance landscape.

Formación

• Degree in business, CS, or related field.
• Strong finance process experience incl. AP/AR/GL.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally MS Dynamics AX 2012 or 365.
• IT literacy and understanding of IT topics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
• Experience with financial integration of third-party solutions.
• Experience in international/global company environment.
• Ability to create functional specs and end-user documentation.
• Basic XML knowledge and Microsoft architecture understanding.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ERP finance process support and change management.
• Own application administration for Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Plan, prepare, and support ERP rollouts for finance processes and tools, including training.
• Coordinate financial integration of Dynamics add-ins and third-party apps.
• Design sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with external partners and key users to keep projects moving.
• Maintain and update functional specifications, user manuals, and support documentation.
• Monitor interfaces for financial transactions to ensure smooth operations.
