Job summary

Otis in Madrid is seeking a Finance Project Lead to drive the design and deployment of finance processes and ERP requirements across three Spanish factories.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Stock Management and Engineering, ensuring controls, compliance and accurate reporting.

Fluency in Spanish and English, a finance degree, and 2–3 years in finance roles are required, with Big4 exposure viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance is required.
• 2–3 years' experience in finance departments; Big4 experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Understand business from the finance point of view and collaborate with Supply Chain, Stock Management and Engineering.
• Lead the design and deployment of finance related processes and system requirements.
• Ensure financial controls, compliance requirements, and reporting needs are properly integrated in the new MERP.
• Track and analyze Capex and Opex budget for the 3 Spanish factories.
