Job summary

Blackwall is hiring an experienced Group Financial Controller to scale financial operations as we expand internationally. You will own group accounting, consolidation, reporting and controls, reporting to the CFO and leading a growing accounting team.

You will drive process improvements, automation and robust controls to support rapid growth while ensuring accuracy and compliance across entities and currencies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in financial controllership or senior group accounting roles in a growth-focused tech business.
• Strong IFRS expertise, multi-entity and multi-currency reporting.
• Proven track record building or scaling accounting operations within VC/PE-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee group accounting operations across multiple entities and currencies.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team and improve processes.
• Own month-end and year-end closing and ensure timely reporting.
