Wallbox Chargers is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in a role focused on financial accounting, month-end closing, account analysis and financial reporting. You will contribute to controlling, internal controls, process improvement and automation, working cross-functionally with Accounting and other Finance teams.

The ideal candidate is analytical, autonomous and hands-on, with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to manage responsibilities

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, general accounting, financial reporting or similar Finance role.
• Strong technical understanding of financial accounting and financial statements.
• Experience with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations and analysis.
• Experience with financial reporting, controlling, variance analysis and KPIs.
• Experience with audits and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in process improvement and automation.
• High autonomy, ownership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Finance areas.
• Good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Review balance sheet and P&L accounts; identify discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Prepare and support financial reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other Finance teams on accounting matters.
• Support resolution of accounting issues and follow-up.
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and procedures.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze deviations from budget and forecast.
• Prepare KPIs and management reporting; provide financial insights.
• Work with stakeholders to understand performance and drive improvements.
• Support internal and external audits; provide timely information.
• Strengthen controls and ensure documentation for processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and drive efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally to implement scalable ways of working.
