Alvarez & Marsal Deutschland GmbH in Madrid seeks a high-impact Director to lead CFO Services transformation engagements. You will collaborate with CFOs, PE sponsors, and finance leaders to assess operations, design improvements, and deliver measurable results.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on client delivery, team development, and building trust with senior stakeholders. You will drive end-to-end finance transformations across FP&A, close, reporting and liquidity initiatives,

Formación

8–12 years of experience in finance transformation or related areas.
Experience in top-tier consulting, PE-backed environments, or finance leadership roles in corporates.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent understanding of financial processes, operating models, and performance metrics.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA, CFA, ACA or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end client engagements, from scoping to execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for CFOs, finance leaders, and sponsors.
Design and implement performance improvement initiatives across FP&A, reporting, close cycle, cash flow forecasting.
Drive finance transformation through systems, data, and operating model changes.
Support cash visibility and liquidity optimization initiatives.
Manage and mentor high-performing project teams and develop client relationships.
Ensure the quality, timeliness, and impact of all deliverables.
Collaborate with other A&M service lines as needed.
