Valid seeks a proactive Field Application Engineer to support OEMs, ODMs and strategic partners in the eSIM/iSE ecosystem. You will provide technical consultancy, coordinate PoCs, and deliver workshops across global teams.

You will build strong customer relationships, assist with pre-sales activities, and support post-sales technical services, enabling successful delivery of connectivity solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
• +5 years of experience in technical support, field application engineering, customer support, or similar roles.
• Experience with OEMs, telecom, connectivity or smart card technologies.
• Advanced English level.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical consultancy and training related to eSIM/eUICC solutions.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Coordinate proof of concepts, demonstrations, and technical workshops for customers and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales activities and technical presentations.
• Provide post-sales technical support and serve as main technical contact for customers.
• Create technical training materials and product samples.
